Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE: UNBOXING VIDEO IS MUST TO PROCESS ANY KIND OF CLAIM. NO EXCHANGE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED IF UNBOXING VIDEO IS NOT AVAILABLE

No return/refund/replacements for any issue due to quality, color, design or any likability.

Replacement is available only if

  • the product received is damaged or is in non-working condition
  • wrong product is received

In any of the above cases, pleaseĀ send an email with the Unboxing video of the product received and the Order ID toĀ care@pandaworld.in withinĀ 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will check the video and get back to you.

If the team finds that product needs to be replaced,

1) The customer will have to pack and ship the product back via India post on the address provided by the team.

2) The India post receipt need to be shared with the team.

3) The shipping charges will be refunded only after the product is received.

4) If the product received is actually damaged/Non-working, we will offer replacement free of cost. In case, the product is working fine, the customer needs to pay Rs 150 - Rs 500 (depending upon size & weight) shipping charges and same product will be sent back to the customer.

5) Within 2-3 days we will dispatch the exchange product if all conditions are met.

6) This entire process usually takes 10-15 business days. Once an order is exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchange again.

For Prepaid orders:

  • For cancellation, a processing fees of Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund.
  • If order gets returned due to wrong address/pincode/non-availability of receiver, extra shipping amount of Rs 150-500 (depending on the weight and dimensions of the packet) will be charged for reshipping the order.
  • If order gets delayed/returned due to unforeseen circumstances by the courier there will be no refund. The order will only be reshipped.Ā 

Our products are designed to be sturdy and crafted with care. However, they may break or suffer damages if handled roughly in transit.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject return requests from customers in case of frequent returns from them (> 3 returns in a financial year).

No order will be shipped more than 2 times under any circumstances . After that the order will only will be cancelled without any refund.Ā
